◌ From Our Community

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use Mob Care Connect if I am agency-managed?
Unfortunately, agency-managed (NDIA-managed) participants cannot currently use independent unregistered support workers. Speak with your LAC about switching to self or plan management to access Mob Care Connect.
Can a family member or carer register on my behalf?
Yes — a family member, carer, or support coordinator can help you register and set up your profile.
How do I know a worker is safe?
All workers are verified before going live on the platform. We check their NDIS screening, WWCC, First Aid, licence, and referees. You can also read reviews left by other participants in community.
What if I want to change my support worker?
You are always in control. You can browse other workers and make a new booking at any time. There is no lock-in.
How does payment work?
If you are self-managed, you pay the worker directly and claim through the NDIS myplace portal. If you are plan-managed, your plan manager handles payment on your behalf. Support at Home participants should confirm with their package provider first.
What if I need support that is not on the list?
Get in touch and we will have a yarn about what’s possible. We are always growing the types of support available on the platform.
◈ Need Help Getting Started?
We know navigating the NDIS or aged care system can feel overwhelming. You don’t have to do it alone. Contact us and we will help you understand your options and get set up on the platform.
